🚀 New Features
- Multi-Product Support: Multiple products can now be added to Customer and Supplier Complaints, Internal Defects/Deviations, RMAs, Safety Issues, and Improvements, streamlining workflows and reducing repetitive data entry.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Optional 2FA using Google Authenticator for enhanced account security. Companies can enable this feature based on their security policies.
- Open NCs Dashboard: A new dashboard widget displays all currently open Non-Conformities (NCs), providing quick visibility and access for faster resolution.
- Quick Menu: A new four-square icon in the top bar provides shortcuts to frequently used actions, such as creating NCs, documents, and more.
- Global Search: A search icon in the top right allows users to type part of a module or feature name and instantly navigate to the relevant menu item, improving efficiency.
- User Profile Images: Users can now upload a profile photo in the My Profile section for a more personalized experience.
- Collapsible Left Menu: An icon next to the Wismatics logo lets users collapse the left menu to icons only, maximizing screen space for the main workspace.
- Language Switcher: A globe icon in the top right corner enables users to switch languages on the fly without logging out.
- Help Menu: A new Help section in the bottom of the main menu will include how-to videos, FAQs, and other resources in future releases.
🔧 Improvements
- PDF Reports: Updated layouts for RMA Reports, Customer Complaints, and Supplier Complaints, with fixes for footer overwriting issues.
- UI/UX Enhancement: My Menu has been moved from the left menu to the top right corner for easier access.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Fixed footer rendering in PDF reports to prevent content overlap.
📜 Compliance & Security
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available as an optional security layer, aligning with best practices for data protection.
